I love Carbon but I am concerned for its future. No one cared like Joe cared. He is greatly missed. He knew each one of us as colleagues and individuals. Ellen is not invested as one of us.

That we can bring dogs to work <3

I think we genuinely care for each other both from a professional standpoint as well as personal.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love seeing colleagues, but the commute is terrible, and working from home at least on the marketing team is frowned upon and not permitted. (at least prior to covid)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We work so hard at Carbon. Running a mile a minute all the time. When there are high-tech companies in Silicon Valley, how can you retain top talent if you're being underpaid?
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel strong affiliation with Dara and Phil. I become disappointed with Ellen for her lack of involvement in the front lines during COVID. That could have been a pivotal time for her to show leadership and there was none.
