Carbon comprises unique skillsets and personalities put together to solve unique problems; as a young woman in tech, I feel lucky to have this experience to grow. What do you like best about the leadership team?
I admire Ellen's air of transparency and her fearless approach to hard questions with honesty. I like the strong moral stance leadership, especially Ellen and Dara, have shown in these particularly difficult times.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The technical teams need to redefine what "good work" means, as quantity over quality still reign supreme. We need more accountability for earlier dev teams to spread ownership of issues across the teams. We need to be more clear on what we are NOT doing, as we are overwhelmed with limited resources
