Unfortunately, in my time at Carbon, I have seen a number of instances of not hitting our growth targets, then having to readjust; that is tough to do repeatedly. However, I have worked with great people, and I believe in the technology, so I continue to work hard.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know where i fall on the range, and given I have been in my position for 2+ years already, it's disappointing I am still so low.
