Overall I have learned a lot from other in my time here and there is always something to learn. It is a challenge, but nothing innovative ever comes easily. I've never experience the great culture that we have anywhere else, and I look forward to the continued growth.

everyone is passionate about the work that they are doing. We all want to see each other succeed

We can take the PTO that we need. Wellness is encouraged through compensation for gym or other avenues of excercise

I enjoy being busy, and I like a challenge. There are always challenges to overcome and new things to learn.

The environment is open, and fosters conversation. Even the executives work in an open format, it makes it easy to communicate with them.

It is great that we have a good amount of PTO for when things arise. It is also great that we have a great amount of maternity leave for current and new parents.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always willing to share information. It could be for further learning or contributing to problem solving, but everyone is definitely willing to help one another out. They are also easy to get along with.
