Our team is a community -- full of creative, smart individuals, with tremendous integrity and consideration for others.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It would be nice to have opportunities for growth other than management positions. More project management opportunities would be really great.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It moved very quickly. Though this was several years ago and the hiring manager and HR team are completely different now.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I feel that this company spends so much time thinking about how other offices can appreciate their employees and not enough time putting it into practice in their own office.
