It was free snacks, but since we're not in office, I'd go with overall pay/insurance/ and unlimited vacation days.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are the best of the best and helping to keep the company charging forward. Everyone looks out for one another no matter which department.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are pretty innovative in finding ways to keep the company going during times of uncertainty. They care about the wellbeing of the employees and are now allowing everyone to work remotely which gives people more flexibility in their lives.
