Our motto is #BetterEveryDay - and it's corny but it's true! I love being surrounded by people who genuinely want to become better every day. A better manager, a better spouse, a better parent, a cleaner lifestyle, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As an employee, I truly believe they care about every person at the company. They're not perfect, but I appreciate their openmindedness. I appreciate that they take employee feedback seriously. I trust that they use this feedback to then make well-informed decisions for the company.
