What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of wonderful, well rounded people that I feel comfortable around all day. I'm constantly learning new things from them and laughing throughout the day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how thoughtful they were in their interview questions. They know the kind of culture they want to have and they pay just as much attention to personality as they do your work experience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare benefits are the most affordable of any company I've ever worked at. It really shows that they put their money where their mouth is when it comes to wanting their employees to be healthy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They really do a wonderful job celebrating the work that their employees do. Every Friday people have the opportunity to call out others for going above and beyond the company core values and it is a really wonderful way to end the week.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how open to communication they are. Whether it is asking for help, expressing interest in something, or offering a conflicting opinion, they listen and welcome the discussion. They prioritize learning and really want their employees to grow in all areas of their life.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with are amazing and really are the heart and soul of the company culture. I look forward to the new and interesting challenges my job presents and love that I get to work in an environment that encourages you to go after your goals.
