I am not compensated adequately on a yearly basis for inflation, much less for my productivity. Management lacks transparency, honesty, and professionalism.

Promotions are based on popularity, not ability. It is a struggle to be taken seriously unless you are friends with management, or have just gotten married/bought a house/had a baby.
