Music skills are impressive but they come and go too soon
A collection of lovely people who I am lucky to have met.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Effective process standardization is almost absent at this company. While that does not lie at the feet of my peers, having 10 people perform the same job 10 wildly different ways is not helpful.
Management talks at you, never with you. Chain of command silences majority.
