They care about us so we do great work. It's a pretty simple formula but it works. I have also never not wanted to come to work and I've felt that way for as long as I've been here - more than a decade.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make decisions based on the best interest of our people. I trust them to not hide things from employees. I also feel like they're pretty approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're here because we believe and buy into the same things. When you have that kind of shared baseline, it means everyone or largely everyone is working toward the same goal with similar beliefs.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that I am taking this survey from home in my pjs. I can often work from my house, without issues. That helps me do my job and still focus on my family.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we have free onsite health clinics. You don't have to use PTO for appointments. And if you're sick, they often have the medicine you need right there for free. I can send my family there for treatment as well. Also free.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I know they have my back. Nobody steals credit for anyone else's work. We pull our weight and do what we say we're going to do. We care about each other as people and when life goes wrong, they're always there, genuinely, to help. That's so meaningful to me.
