I love working at CHG. I often joke they'll have to drag me out of here kicking and screaming if they want to get rid of me! I believe my teams (both individual contributor and leadership teams) care about the success of their teammates and are willing to do what it takes to help one another.

I've been at CHG for almost 2 years after being unappreciated and eventually laid off at my previous company and the fears of that happening at CHG have almost faded. I am encouraged to grow and learn new skills, expand my current responsibilities, and take full advantage of all my benefits.

mostly good. Some leaders over the years have been contrary to CHG core values but put on a good show in public. Wages are not fair if you've been here more than 10 years. Benefits are pretty good, but still overly pricey for health insurance, especially for single parents

tenure doesn't seem to matter unless you are on the leadership path. New hires are brought in at fair market rates, but those of us who were grossly underpaid for years never saw a fair correction to wages that takes into account tenure, experience and contribution
