I love that we all get along well and respect each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to spend time with my leader. I really enjoy his company and his input.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I know the leaders of my immediate team really well, but I don't know the executives hardly at all. Scott conducts his monthly "Chat with Scott" but that is mostly a business update.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like I'm paid well. But I also do not elect for health insurance coverage. So it would be nice to have some type of incentive since I'm not an additional person on the company's health insurance program.
