CHG hires unqualified managers to do the jobs and allows the managers to do whatever they want to employees. There are no checks for managers or leaders as they call them. The company lies about attrition rates and finances while claiming to be super transparent.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's just tough right now in terms of how we have to work now in terms of DNC clients, and really platforms like LM. Too many changes have been made recently also. Relationship with BP's are lacking and it is challenging to do things timely, LOTS of hoops to jump through, and it makes work not fun.
