Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is under market rate and the benefits don't cover many of the medicines I need or my family needs that are basic prescriptions.

We are close and we have each others' backs and not just on my team. It is a very positive environment where everyone wants others to succeed and each person is valued for their unique contribution.
