What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our culture of putting people first is practiced from the top down and it shows. The leadership challenges us to be our best and ensures we have the support and tools to do so.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've used the health insurance a few times lately and it seems great.

The compensation package is comprehensive, pay, bonus, benefits and there are many creative benefits, like the healthy habits stipend which provides a reimbursement up to $300 for how I want to be healthy. That is awesome.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't get cost-of-living raises, so even when I perform above expectations, my annual raise barely matches inflation, meaning I never get ahead financially.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all supportive of each other. We come together to solve issues, regardless of the "team" we work for. It is very collaborative.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe I can truly be my authentic self and I don't have to worry about being bullied because i may have a different opinion. I am able to express myself, work through it with my peers and at the end we may agree to disagree but agree on the next best course of action.
