It is people focused. They want to make sure their people are healthy and they truly listen to the input of their employees. They want to make the company better.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company seems to be taking advantage of the fact that the cost of labor has not increased at the same rate of inflation. Because of the influx of available labor on the market, the cost of labor hasn't increased at the same rate of inflation.Compensation increases were lower than inflation rise
