We care about people. We recognize people's impact every day. We laugh a lot together even as we work hard. And we are a successfully growing company every year. That makes me proud.
What do you like best about the leadership team?

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the consistent annual increases and the generous bonus. I have to earn that bonus each year, but after a decade at CHG, I know that my hard work is seen, recognized and valued.
