It's an all hands on deck mentality. Everyone is extremely respectful and open to collaboration.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

It's apparent they're invested in developing their employees. Everyone on the leadership team is approachable and genuine.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone operates from a place of kindness. There are no egos and it's a very human-centric culture.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It didn't feel like a formal interview. It was more of an open discussion with the team. Felt like I had the opportunity to interview them as well.
