I can seek help from anybody. I can openly discuss the areas I want to improve and can recruit co-workers to help me with that. We don't just surface a problem but also trying to bring a solution to the problem and open it for debate. There is a lot of psychological safety

The team cares. We have full transparency and trust amongst team members. We do what we say we will do. We openly debate about things. This helps us come up with innovative ideas. We do not fear experimentation and take failure as a side effect of trying to solve the problem in the best possible way
