Chronosphere is a fantastic company to work at. It is filled with smart people, and a leadership team that leads with empathy and intelligence. My primary concern moving forward is the future success of the company. Sales is really hard right now and it feels like we aren't gaining market traction.

The leadership team leads with compassion and empathy. I truly believe that the leadership team has everyone's best interests at heart in addition to wanting to build a successful company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the most recent thing that comes to mind is summer fridays, but i also appreciate that the company offers services for gender affirming care even though i don't directly use it.
