Cinemark is a good company to work for if you're a movie fan or looking for good hours. The working environment is excellent but it may vary by location. The pay is not enough to live on unless you end up a GM or senior assistant manager.

The thing I like the most about Cinemark is my coworker. They make work fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team at Cinemark is incredibly hard working and enthusiastic. The theater is always immaculate and everyone does their best to provide the best possible experience for guests and other coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not adequate for the amount of work Cinemark Employees do. Management and floor staff alike get poor pay. Low pay is slightly negated by the relaxed environment and free movies.
