Just like any company it has its ups and downs, but the downs have never been so bad that they pushed me to accept another job elsewhere. The last couple of years there have been a lot of changes for the better and I am excited to be part of where the company is headed.

The team collaborates on projects and tasks so that we find the best solution that will work for the organization. The team has fun while working hard to accomplish the goal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is a bonus opportunity on top of the base pay. This helps feed my competitive nature and provides an extra level of motivation to go above and beyond so I know I have done all within my power to achieve the full potential bonus if/when it is approved.
