Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not compensated properly for the job I do. The counterparts in my department at the same title are paid more than I am. I would like to be considered for company awards and do not feel as if my leader presents me as an option/candidate for company awards.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work from home 90% of the time, but when I do go into the home office, I enjoy seeing the environment and culture that Bluefire has created.

We are currently in growth mode, and I enjoy the fast pace of brining on new agents and training them.
