Our leadership team has always made me feel cared about as a person. They are down to earth and paint a clear vision of our company culture and goals.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My direct leaders do not care about the employees. The Treasury team is extremely toxic because of Edmond Attey. He is disrespectful and hostile towards me because I am a woman. Everyone above is aware but do nothing and he keeps getting worse. I am now suffering from anxiety and high blood pressure

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Edmond Attey has shown the team they do not have to respect me, so they do not show me respect. They do show the male manager respect. The problem is Edmond Attey's bad leadership and he creates a hostile work environment.

Our leadership team truly cares about people. You can tell when leaders just say they care about people vs actually care, and our leadership team shows, through their actions, that they really do care.

I actually love my role and the different projects that my team and I are involved in. It is challenging and can be very fast-paced, but I enjoy it.
