I have worked in different capacities in the organization for many years. Throughout my career, I have always felt challenged, supported, enjoyed the people I work with, and felt I was given the flexibility to take care of my family as needed.

My team is professional, fun, and we work together to move the company forward.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits and paid time off are excellent. My leadership team encourages me to use my time off and the work-life balance is great!

Our leadership team has always made me feel cared about as a person. They are down to earth and paint a clear vision of our company culture and goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
I actually love my role and the different projects that my team and I are involved in. It is challenging and can be very fast-paced, but I enjoy it.

My team is very collaborative. We work together to ensure the best outcome for the company. Work can be stressful at times, but having fun as a team is something that is encouraged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our leadership team truly cares about people. You can tell when leaders just say they care about people vs actually care, and our leadership team shows, through their actions, that they really do care.

I enjoy the challenges that my work brings. It is fast paced, and definitely not boring. I get to interact with many different departments across our organization and the team is very collaborative. There is always something to learn.

I feel our leadership team is one of best. They care about the culture, employees, and our customers. They have mentored, encouraged, and supported me throughout the years I have been with the company. Although other opportunities have presented themselves, this company feels like home.
