What I like best about Confie's leadership team is the transparency of vision. It's very clear where we are headed and how we are going to get there. Being able to see and share in the vision as an employee is exciting.

The best part of Confie's compensation package is the extra benefits. The standard is medial, dental, vision, etc., but to have things like equity shares, bonus, gym reimbursement, and other programs at no cost, like EAP really add up.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am satisfied with the Company and the vision. I believe we need a clear pay structure that clearly outlines the salary ranges for each position. 401k Would be a win with a bi-monthly match. These are suggestions for the future growth of the organization to keep us competitive.
