Medical insurance, life insurance (although I think payout should be higher and 401K

Interacting with my team and our wonderful clients/insureds. I love what I do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not sure but the environment in the office's I run are mostly positive until I have to point out certain things and it's taken personally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are the best at what they do, they are eager to learn and care about each other and their clients. They should get paid more.
