We can be ourselves. We genuinely like each other. I do wish we could meet face-to-face more often.

What makes you most happy at work?
In my role, I'm presented with different scenarios every day. I love getting to work with my team and others in Confie to strategize and find solutions for those scenarios. I'm learn something different every day here at Confie.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not compensated properly for the job I do. The counterparts in my department at the same title are paid more than I am. I would like to be considered for company awards and do not feel as if my leader presents me as an option/candidate for company awards.
