it was ok hours and a super easy job but managment makes it very complicated. not humane. judgemental, rude, doesnt account availability. overall our old manager did far better than our newest one who actually has more expirience.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they genuinely dont care for the associates and the company does not pay enough even to managment. couldnt find HR until 6 months of working here
