The sales and BOH team are amazing they often find ways to help one another despite whatever may be going on at the moment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The constant back and forth between managers is kind of ridiculous you can tell they are not happy and it reflexes on the workplace.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Corporate needs to come in and train upper management on how to properly address employees. Employees are often spoken down to and policies differ from employee to employee
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The management team is not on the same page. The general manager talks down to employees the rest of the management team seems miserable and it clearly shows in their demeanor and actions. There used to be a time the store vibe was more family like now everyone seems miserable.
