My coworkers are incredibly hard workers, and provide all the help they can when they are able to. Management lacks, but the employees make up for it.
The only meetings we have is to stop dropping cigarette butts in the parking lot instead of talking about how we can fix what's going on.
hard-working, mostly punctual, good spirits and positive attitude.
Work together even without leadership. We don’t need the micromanagement of leadership to do our job
Everyone shows up and they do their jobs!
We in sales and merch actually work as a team, helping each other out.
They know what their doing rather than winging it. We are willing to assist each other in any way we can.
many are team players, however there are co-workers that have been with the company for numerous years and tend to treat it as a sorority, bad behavior towards unseasoned newbies.

We're creative and love sharing ideas
We have good camaraderie amongst each other and support what we love to do. Sales does sales, visual does visual, ops does ops, etc. We allow each other to do our jobs and we succeed... unless our store manager is working then productivity lowers as does morale.
Most opinions of any lower worker is immediately squashed. the back of house manager will take credit for the idea on the extremely rare occasion that its heard. They lie and cheat to make themselves look better. Theyve openly screamed at associates in front if customers and worse in private.
Review from Operations Dept
Adhere to local and federal business mandates while recommending employees that hold a massive amount of company knowledge and expertise.
Review from Sales Dept
People development needs to be a priority.... sales associates are not effectively trained on salesmanship... and, the customer experience and quality of sale suffers

They need to get some courage and do what they need to do to increase their pay
