What are some of the best things about your team?great teamwork and communicate well together
What are some of the best things about your team?My coworkers are a kind, work hard, and are an encouraging group of people! All ages and stages mesh well together.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Value the employees more, their more concerned with what goes out the door than anything. Treating their employees better.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Top down. Site level is great but Regional and Area Managers need to step in and go to work so they know what a day feels like rather than parading through a store and putting down the way a display that corporate directed is not up to par.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? As part time employees, we do not accrue vacation time nor offered any benefits. Wages, by CA standards, are not liveable. The expectations on staff FAR outweigh the compensation on all levels. They even have us mopping floors!
