Can talk to want promotion within
Approachable, Helpful, Accomodating, Team Players, Appreciation of Hard Work
Our general manager seemed to be trying to compensate for the shortfalls in payroll, staffing, and ill-conceived logistics strategies being implemented by upper management
They were encouraging at face value, but I barely heard from my manager and district manager. The employees are reliant mostly upon their coworkers, who at times, are also struggling to figure out what to do.
The leadership team is fairly new because there has been some turnover. The leaders are open to feedback and are approachable. There is a tendency to micro-manage, but I think that comes from our CEO.
Value the employees more, their more concerned with what goes out the door than anything. Treating their employees better.
Leading, not micromanaging and employee care.
Telling the truth and exercise a little more honesty.
Being genuine and have way more patience
Leading. Empathy. Quality control. Customer experience.
no the pay, that's for sure
Health insurance, employee discount is good
Benefits didn't have last job
Insurance is a good benefit
Pay is decent for the role, 401k match
As part time employees, we do not accrue vacation time nor offered any benefits. Wages, by CA standards, are not liveable. The expectations on staff FAR outweigh the compensation on all levels. They even have us mopping floors!
At the store level the hourly employees hold it together and work extremely hard
Het a better GM and train msnagement better
Earning more would prevent me from looking elsewhere.
The pay is too low.

great teamwork and communicate well together
My coworkers are a kind, work hard, and are an encouraging group of people! All ages and stages mesh well together.
Working together work as a team to better company
They are great hard working people
Great can do attitudes towards tasks
Most opinions of any lower worker is immediately squashed. the back of house manager will take credit for the idea on the extremely rare occasion that its heard. They lie and cheat to make themselves look better. Theyve openly screamed at associates in front if customers and worse in private.
Review from Operations Dept
Adhere to local and federal business mandates while recommending employees that hold a massive amount of company knowledge and expertise.
Review from Sales Dept
People development needs to be a priority.... sales associates are not effectively trained on salesmanship... and, the customer experience and quality of sale suffers
Review from Sales Dept
They need to get some courage and do what they need to do to increase their pay

open communication with management team.
encouraging, assumes positive intent, accepting, diverse, adaptive
Nothing. Managers will smile in your face and talk bad about you to others while on the selling floor.
The days whenever our boh assistant manager isn't scheduled.
The customers! They help keep things positive! Without them the place would be a hellhole and very negative!!!
Top down. Site level is great but Regional and Area Managers need to step in and go to work so they know what a day feels like rather than parading through a store and putting down the way a display that corporate directed is not up to par.
Management needs to be consistent! The messaging different teams receive is vastly different. It feels like there is no accountability or transparency.
More training for supervision and training for us workers
leadership, it starts at the top. If someone is up for retirement and is experiencing burn-out its time for them to retire. Bad attitudes trickle down, hence co-workers find grudges and resentment towards one another
show employees they are worthwhile. No appreciation.
nice supervisor who interviewed me
Good people. Wasn't impressed with HR.
They were thorough in both the interview process as well as the training.
The positive interview telling me that everything always goes easy and it's very organized
How streamlined and simple and to the point, it was
Actually do an interview! Hired via email
I think actually pitting hires through the process and not iust letting the manager hire his friends who dont do their jobs might be a place to start
Review from Operations Dept
Management needs to treat every interviewer fairly and with respect. I was treated unfairly by the assistant manager. I was lucky I got a job. The manager liked me.
They need to develop an effect network for talent. And, stop relying on internal promotions based on seniority....
Review from Sales Dept
The people that you interact with
Public interaction and seeing them happy
Review from Sales Dept
When things go right then great but when things like printers and scanners and no stickers on the boxes your supposed to pull it's frustrating cause you can't find anyone to help.
Knowing i haveva great team
When i leave because i dont feel safe at work because of the manager
Review from Operations Dept
Owners need to hire the correct c- level employees. Average CEO, CIO etc works there 2-3 years. Not continuity and always changing. Very unstable
Management needs improvement in communicating with employees and as well HR.
There is no transparency with the customers. Changes are made in their orders and they aren't properly notified unless they take time out of their day to contact. The systems are not functioning at a pace that is necessary to handle the orders received.
Well maybe the company needs to be Americanize and not be ran be German standards!! Benchmark Toyota—- customer centric where also the employee is important as well. If you don’t treat employees as beneficial to your company and with respect then your company will not succee
Stop putting constant pressure on us to meet a matrix that will make our ability to serve our customers' need impossible.
