Onboarding was painful. Team cross communication seems nonexistent at times, often within the same teams. I tend to fight more fires than work on longer term goals for the company. I'd like to see that change. The amount of complaints I hear in the halls tells me Curative has more work to do overall

What are some of the best things about your team?
We tend to keep our respective sites in good shape.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Depends on department, but more direct involvement with employees and setting more clear, measurable goals per department. Overall, Curative seems to be run like a software company and not a healthcare company, but I do see some of that changing which is good.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Middle management needs evaluation to ensure each team has a good fit. Many do not. Also, based on the amount of frustration from onboarding users and mistakes I see with HR and the onboarding process in general, I am worried about us retaining or gaining new employees in the long-term.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall culture is hard to gauge as this company is so spread out. 3 major locations and a ton of remote sites, each one is going to have a bit of it's own culture augmented by the company's. The main hinderance to a healthy corporate culture is always people. Cliques and us-vs-them attitudes.
