As a young organization, there are a lot of opportunities to be involved, with that said there are growing pains associated with that as well. Overall though, the vision of the leaders and the opportunities provided are good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of learning and getting things done is great.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do and the direction the organization is moving.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This might be a good or a bad thing, but they are in the weeds and are aware of ground level work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 3% 401K match is good. The new family leave policy is great (best I've been a part of in all my work history). The allowance to use on benefits is also good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are willing to work and get the job done. I think because we are a young organization we will struggle at finding that sweet spot of aligning expertise and work needs but I feel we are getting there.
