Curative has a lot of work to do. And I think that comes from treating the employees right. I have met a lot of people here and have made lots of memories. Curative has given me the opportunity to take care of my family and I will be forever grateful.

Everything! I am content with my package.

I appreciate that new ideas are always brought to the table. Even though execution may take forever or isn't done properly.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love speaking with my team and being apart of my team. Sometimes I feel that there is little work life balance. I find that when I'm not at work, I'm still working.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think Curative needs a lot of improvement before this question can be answered. Upper management needs to show that they care about us. And that means going further than gifting a swag box.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that we care for each other and we always keep the line of communication open. My team wants me to do well in all aspects of life, even outside of the work environment.
