Fast, educational, stressful, eye opening, and insightful. I appreciate the time I've had here. But I can't help but wonder if the issues of miscommunication and reactionism will ever be addressed.

The pay and medical coverage are fine but the 401k leaves something to be desired.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a get through it together mindset.... However this is usually because decisions are rushed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There seems to be a culture of reaction. The company struggles to find implementation process that is efficient but not to the point where its rushed and leaves people unprepared for change. This also fuels miscommunication and ultimately frustration about new projects.
