Curative – A wild ride. Projects are run haphazardly, we're often fumbling or rushing to get stuff done to meet overly-aggressive deadlines set by people who clearly have never done this before. What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is great and there are some other solid teams here. It's great when we can collaborate effectively and meet our goals together.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My salary. I don't use the insurance much at all, but it's nice to have. Wish we didn't need to tie our health to forced labor in order to live.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It's come to the point where I will be leaving in the near future because there's just so much wrong with this company. I've never started a business, but some of the things I see are so far removed from common sense it's mind-boggling.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being human. I expected Curative to be more progressive and less "typical" when it comes to running as a business. Instead, I see the usual corporate shenanigans. Fiefdoms within depts, nepotism, packing the top level, people ill-fit for their roles, excess red tape, etc. This company is chaotic.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I am really trying to think about something positive, honestly. Nothing is coming to me. The environment is chaotic and we're fighting fires all the time instead of planning and doing work in a truly organized and collaborative fashion. Attempts are made to do that, but often fall flat.
