From the beginning it was very hectic but amazing. This start-up company was on the forefront of somethinf people didnt know how to approach but we managed to ger by. As the company grew, i loved seeing the constant development and change within the company to tackle new hurdles.

The work i do, i feel, has an impact to my community so that makes me happy. Each sample ran through production is a person that we help.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To be honest, the pay and benefits are above the usual. I worked in labs before, this is the first lab that looks after the individual's health as a top priority as shown with the great benefits offered.
