Better raise policy. More PTO per year. A clearer work schedule and daily agenda that does not change many times a day.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Dividing the work better and more fair. Overseeing all shifts including the graveyard shift. Giving longer deadlines for projects and more time to adjust to new policies.
