I began working at this company with great enthusiasm in April 2021. Since then, I have been given massive projects with no prep time, no resources to properly plan, and sometimes, inpossible tasks. I dread my future with Curative because of the lack of care shown by the state and national mgmt

Nothing at current. Most things are negative on a regular basis.

Because I’m forced to work excessive hours without modifications to my compen

Honestly, not much. I've reported the issues I have but nothing has been resolved.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all are there for each other. We're close and help each other out for whatever and whenever needed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Just providing opportunities for employees that have been here for longer a chance to transfer to the insurance side of the company.
