As someone who is very involved in the back-end of the company's finances, seeing the involvement that Fred has in problem-solving issues is commendable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are able to joke with each other and make the workspace more lively, it helps provide a more fun environment and it feels less like coming into work in the morning.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is when everyone is in a good mood in the office and we can make a lot of jokes while also maintaining our productivity. That feeling of having fun and knocking out important tasks synonymously feels amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have access to a Table Tennis table in the break room, playing Table Tennis allows us to de-stress and it is a great little community to be apart of inside the company. I just wish we had a bigger room for the activities, right now we have to play around people who just want to use the break room
