There are a lot of layoffs and i have gone through a lot of phases of them letting people go. So i get nervous that i wont have a job in a week because you never know when you will be cut. But i like my team and department because it's challenging and rewarding

My team is always ready to tackle new things and they are always willing to train you in different areas and help you grow your experience

The keep us invovled and communicate to us well. I feel like they always make sure to tell us the game plans and goals and the best ways to execute them
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small team and everyone gets along well and we do team bondings because we dont get to see each other often so it helps being able to hangout with each other once in awhile
