Overall, I have had a positive experience working here. My key areas of feedback would be: 1. Earlier times during the workday for company Syncs, 2. Prioritized team building and comradery. 3. Clear path for career advancement. 4. Reimbursement for company party travel, I'm not going because of this
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall, I believe in Curative's mission to make a positive change in healthcare. But presently I am overworked & undervalued as an employee here. I do believe improvement is possible, but it would require a change in direct middle management, and a shift to care for it's EEs as it does its members.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are present on daily company wide calls.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My immediate peers/team members, base pay, & health benefits.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Curative health plan is by far the best benefit.

My team (not manager) is kind, collaborative, and passionate about uplifting others and working together.

I appreciate how quickly the company prioritizes company improvements that help make my job more efficient.
What makes you most happy at work?
Verbal and financial recognition for doing well at my job. And having a clear path for career advancement.

Unfortunately, I don't feel out team's culture is not one that prioritizes getting to know each other outside of work.

Knowing that we are offering a benefit that is life changing for the clients we serve. And having the ability to have access to the same great benefits that we offer our clients.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency of the business operations through daily calls is great! It would be nice if the daily Syncs weren't so late in the day out of respect for employees in the CST and EST time zones.
