I LOVE working for Curative. I LOVE what we're doing for people. I don't love FTO is limited and not flexible, I cannot take time off for 120 days upon hire when the manual says 90, being salary but having to "clock in/out" for the day and breaks, or post ONLY positive in the feedback channel.

They are hard workers and kind people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free Healthcare is incredible. The FTO that was promise would be incredible too but instead it is very limited with no flexibility.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working for a company that is doing true good in the country. Improving peoples lives in a direct, tangible way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct supervisor is kind and positive. She listens and wants to know about me and my place in the company. It's also incredible the CEOs will interact on channels with all levels of employees!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is amazing. Their manager is in a new position and does not encourage creativity, ideas, or advocacy for their reports. I can see the morale changing. Employees that feel valuable become your most valuable. Also we have 120 days until we are considered permanent employees, not 90.
