What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Just like anywhere else with a hands on manager, they need to know how to delegate duties. My manager tries to do everything himself then gets angry very easily. I’m glad he’s able to do a lot of work himself, but I know the rest of our crew can handle some more responsibility
