Allocating good people who follow guidelines and hold standards in check and don’t tolerate disrespect .

It was Good and a typical interviewing experience . I wish I was told more about the job.

Communication and respect for one another . We need to take care of each other more than order people around .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Organization and fairness . Also training , there isn’t much of a system . There are little to no videos on how to work and rarely are employees walked through daily tasks which creates allot of space for error and confusion.
