What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Care more for the customers and the employees instead of the labor and points so higher up can get their bonus checks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While we driver are paid minimum wage, it seems a wage increase will never happen because of the possibility of gratuity. While insider works make $2 more than drivers, but they also get gratuities. Not to mention wear and rest in personal vehicles isn't compensated well enough.
