What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Not being neglectful towards their workers and being disrespectful. Also favoritism is a change thats needed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Well its both, some days were at a good pace and other days everyone is slacking off and being rude.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

If i got more hours and if the one manager that hated me would stop being mean to me even though i did nothing at all to them.

What makes you most happy at work?

Honestly, the opportunities to improve and expedite the processes at work. There are guidelines, but always room for tweaking.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are hard working

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is no compensation for personal vehicle proper maintenance.
